客户服務(wù)专员

Authority & Responsibility权限和职责:

1.Be the customers’ primary contact on project and related activities, and assist to provide full project management and follow-up services to customers.

在项目和相关活动中作為(wèi)客户的首要联系人,為(wèi)客户提供项目管理(lǐ)和后续服務(wù)。

2.Daily communication with customers on project status for the in-charge program.

在自己负责的项目中,每天与客户沟通项目状态。

3.Handle daily testing applications for clients.

為(wèi)客户处理(lǐ)每天的测试申请。

4.Coordination and monitoring on all developmental projects.

协调并掌控所有(yǒu)进行中的项目。

5.Assist to review test criteria given by customer and study the feasibility of standard operation procedures. Assist to formulate Quality Assurance program for customer.

审核由客户提供的测试标准,研究标准操作程序的可(kě)行性。為(wèi)客户制定品质保证方案。

6.Assist to review projects with technical staff. Assist to resolve technical problems with customers and internal staff.

协助技术人员审核项目。帮助客户和内部员工解决技术问题。

7.Work with agency, vendors and internal staffs to ensure all tests and documentation meet customer expectation with on-time delivery.

和代理(lǐ)商(shāng)、供应商(shāng)和内部员工一起确保所有(yǒu)的测试和文(wén)件按时交付,满足客户的期望,

8.In-depth review and preparation for customer samples and documents such as weekly test status summary, proof set / mass production sample review and documentation. Work closely with Manufacturing Engineer in all key milestones to enhance customer product quality fulfillment.

為(wèi)客户的样品和文(wén)件进行深度的审核和准备,如每周的测试状态摘要,生产样品的审核和文(wén)件归档。在所有(yǒu)关键阶段,和制造工程师紧密合作,提高客户产品质量的保障力度。

9.Check, review test records and reports.

检查并审核测试记录和报告。

10.Accomplish the assignment given by manager or top management.

完成由主管和管理(lǐ)层分(fēn)配的工作。


Education, Experience and Qualifications 學(xué)历、经验及资格要求:

1.University Degree in a related disciplines plus generally 2 years of directly 3rd party related Lab working experience.

相关专业大學(xué)學(xué)历,2年第三方实验室相关工作经验

2.Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Internet, e-mail, CET-6, daily oral English communication skill

熟练使用(yòng)办公软件,英文(wén)读写看往来沟通邮件, 基本日常英语口语沟通能(néng)力

3.Demonstrated written, oral and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of in-house staff and clients. Must be able to identify problems and offer workable solutions.

良好的与人沟通及协调能(néng)力,思路清晰,善于总结并主动想办法解决问题
